Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sports Manager based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Sports Manager will oversee daily operations, manage training programs, coordinate tournament participation, and ensure smooth communication between players, coaches, and parents. Responsibilities include providing customer service, managing budgets, and driving membership growth through effective sales and promotion strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and coaching staff.
- Customer service skills with the ability to manage client needs and expectations swiftly and professionally.
- Proven experience in team and individual training coordination to support players’ development and performance goals.
- Budgeting expertise for managing academy finances efficiently and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Sales capabilities to promote academy memberships and programs, with an understanding of marketing strategies for client acquisition.
- Organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple responsibilities and a dynamic environment effectively.
- Passion for sports and prior experience in sports management or coaching is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
