Sports Management Executive
Location: Chennai | Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Able Aura Sports Academy is hiring energetic and result-driven Sports Management Executives to drive admissions and revenue growth at the city level. This is a field-oriented sales role that involves direct interaction with parents and students during sports sessions, including weekend engagements.
The role requires strong ownership of sales t, local outreach, and coordination with coaching and operations teams to ensure the overall performance and growth of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and achieve admissions and city-level sales
Attend and support weekend sports sessions to interact with parents and generate leads
Explain program benefits, handle enquiries, and convert prospects into admissions
Build relationships with schools, local communities, and activity partners
Plan and execute local promotional activities, events, and outreach campaigns
Coordinate with coaches and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students
Track leads, follow up regularly, and improve conversion rates
Share market feedback, challenges, and growth opportunities with management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Field Marketing, or Business Development
Interest in sports and willingness to work in a field sales environment
Comfortable working on weekends during sports sessions (weekly off on weekdays)
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with proactive and self-driven attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Tamil speaking preferred for Chennai location
