About The Padel Company
The Padel Company is India's first padel media platform. We are building Padel Digest — India's most comprehensive padel resource — mapping every court, coach, community, and tournament across the country, city by city.
We are early, we are moving fast, and we are looking for sports students who want real work on a real platform — not coffee runs and Excel sheets.
What We Are Hiring For

Sports Journalist — Research and write city guides, court reviews, and player stories for Padel Digest. Your byline on a live publication from week one.
Sports Photographer & Videographer — Shoot at real padel courts in your city. Create Reels, carousels, and thumbnails. Build a portfolio that actually gets published.
Sports Events & Community — Help organise padel tournaments and corporate padel days. Real events, real logistics, real experience on your CV.
Sports Marketing & PR — Build relationships with padel courts and coaches across India. Pitch Padel Digest features. Real BD work from day one.
Sports Data & Research — Map every padel court, coach, and community in India city by city. Own the database that powers everything we publish.
Campus Ambassador — Represent The Padel Company at your college. Grow our community in your city. Earn performance bonuses on top of your stipend.
Who We Are Looking For
Students studying sports management, journalism, mass communication, marketing, data science, or any sports-related field. You don't need to know padel before you start — you need to be genuinely interested in sport, media, and building something real.
This is not a big corporate internship. You will have direct access to the founder. Your work will be live on the internet. Your name will be on articles, photos, and events that real people see.
