🚀 We’re Hiring: Sports Community Manager (Retail, Sports Events, Gyms, Hospitality, Academies, or Grassroots) – Gurugram

📌 Key Requirements
- Experience: 1.5+ years full-time in customer-facing roles (Retail, Sports Events, Gyms, Hospitality, Academies, or Grassroots).
- Sports DNA: Playing a sport at some level is a necessity!
- Education: Graduate in Sports Management, Sports Science, or related streams.
- Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi. Familiarity with local cultures is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Community Building: Engage with local sports enthusiasts and build a thriving club culture.
- On-Ground Operations: Manage venue execution, checklists, and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Rotational Shifts: Handle 9-hour shifts (including early morning 5:30 AM or late evening 11:00 PM slots). Weekend execution is mandatory.
💰 Compensation & Perks
- Fixed CTC: INR 3.3 LPA to 3.8 LPA + Performance Incentives & Rewards.
- Health & Security: Comprehensive Medical Insurance (up to 3L/year) + ESI & PF.
- Play Time: 12,000 sports platform credits annually to play any sport across India!
- Learning Budget: INR 1,500 professional development budget + role-based training.
- Time Off: 12 Paid + 6 Earned + 15 Paternity/Bereavement leaves.

📍 Location & Commute
- Candidates must reside within 9 KMs or a 40-minute commute of the Gurugram venue to ensure easy travel during early/late shifts.
