Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Sports Coach. The Sports Coach will design, implement, and lead engaging training sessions aimed at developing physical, intellectual, emotional, and athletic capabilities in children. The responsibilities include mentoring young athletes, enhancing their skills in sports, fostering teamwork and discipline, and preparing them for competitive events. Coaches will also collaborate with parents and educational institutions to monitor progress and promote holistic development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Education and Sports Coaching
- Skilled in sports training methodologies and training optimization
- Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is highly desirable
- Previous experience in coaching or sports training, particularly with children
- Certification in first aid or experience managing child safety is a plus
- Passion for empowering children and fostering their growth through sports
