Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sports Coach position based in Bengaluru. The Sports Coach will design and implement training sessions to develop athletes' skills across various sports, provide personalized guidance to enhance performance, and monitor progress. The role involves fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among participants while ensuring safety protocols are followed during practice and events. Collaborating with school staff and parents, the coach will also develop strategies to inspire and motivate athletes for success.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Physical Education and Sports Coaching
- Proficiency in designing and conducting Sports Training programs
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with athletes, parents, and staff effectively
- Understanding of team-building and leadership in a coaching environment
- Passion for sports and commitment to fostering athletic talent and discipline
- A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred
- First aid certification or relevant safety training is an advantage
- Prior experience as a sports coach or trainer is highly desirable
- Salary is upto 30k
