Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Coach, located in Chennai. The Sports Coach will be responsible for creating and leading training programs, guiding individuals and teams in their athletic development, and ensuring physical well-being through tailored practices. Daily tasks may involve planning fitness routines, demonstrating sports techniques, and fostering team collaboration and motivation. The role requires managing group dynamics while encouraging personal growth and sportsmanship.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sports Coaching and Sports Training to develop athletes' skills and ensure high-quality training standards.
- Proficiency in Physical Education concepts, essential for guiding players in fitness and overall health maintenance.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, their families, and collaboration with other professionals.
- Proven ability to design comprehensive training programs and implement coaching strategies effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire athletes towards achieving their full potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Salary is Upto 30k
