Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sports Coach based in Hisar. The Sports Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored to individual and team needs. Daily tasks include conducting coaching sessions, preparing athletes for competitions, fostering teamwork, and ensuring the physical and mental well-being of participants. The coach will also monitor athlete performance, provide feedback, and develop strategies for overall improvement while promoting a safe and inclusive sports environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physical Education and Sports Coaching
- Proficiency in Sports Training techniques and methodologies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop athletes at various skill levels
- Professional certification or degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention practices
- Organizational and team leadership skills
- Prior experience coaching in a structured environment preferred
