Assistant Technical Officer

Sports Authority of India, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India, invites applications for the post of Assistant Technical Officer on Direct Recruitment basis to be filled up through open competition. Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in planning, implementing and monitoring various projects, programmes and activities under Sports Authority of India. 2. Responsible for the administration and maintenance of stadiums, training centres and other sports facilities under Sports Authority of India. 3. Assisting in procurement and distribution of sports equipment and other consumables. 4. Assisting in organising various sports events, competitions and training camps. 5. Assisting in the development of training modules and technical manuals for sports disciplines. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education/Sports Science/ Sports Management/Sports Technology from a recognized University/Institution. 2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of sports development, sports infrastructure management and sports event management.

Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. SAI is the nodal agency for development of sports in the country. SAI has a nationwide network of sports infrastructure and expertise to train elite athletes and nurture sporting talent.
