About the role
In this role, you will focus on both sponsorship and hospitality sales, offering premium hospitality packages and sponsorship opportunities for Formula 1, Football, Tennis, and other major sporting events. You will play an active role in driving sales and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and brand partners, working closely with our international teams to develop compelling offers and contribute to our commercial success.
YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
Actively identify and acquire new business opportunities in the hospitality and sponsorship sales sector.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our hospitality and sponsoring offerings.
Create customized proposals tailored to each client's needs, budget and brand goals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system to ensure quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Ideally 1–2 years of experience in high-volume sales or a similar fast-paced environment, preferably in hospitality or sponsorship – but we value potential and motivation just as much.
A proactive and resilient mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with clients.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously improve in a dynamic team setting.
A passion for sports and enthusiasm for the commercial side of the sports industry.
