<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Travel nationwide to install GolfSheds on-site (installations typically take 3-5 days). Approximately 70% travel</li>
<li>Lead and manage a small installation crew, including subcontractors as needed</li>
<li>Interpret construction documents and installation plans accurately</li>
<li>Ensure installations meet our high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics with clients, vendors, and internal project managers</li>
<li>Manage tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues independently</li>
<li>Maintain detailed job documentation and installation reports</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>A hands-on leader with <strong>strong construction experience</strong> — preferably 5+ years</li>
<li>Comfortable managing others, and absolutely willing to jump in and do the work yourself</li>
<li>Technically skilled in framing, leveling, finishing, and overall build-outs</li>
<li>Able and <strong>willing to travel frequently</strong> (expect 70% of the time on the road)</li>
<li>Physically fit, with the stamina to work outdoors and lift heavy components</li>
<li>Organized and proactive, with excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable with power tools, hand tools, and small machinery</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License (CDL a plus)</li>
<li>Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and reporting</li>
<li>Must pass a background check and drug screening</li>

<strong>Preferred Skills & Experience (Optional)<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Forklift or equipment operation certifications a Plus</li>
<li>Have direct experience with <strong>tiny home installations</strong>, <strong>shed or modular building erection</strong>, or similar prefabricated structures</li>
<li>Experience with basic electrical and low-voltage wiring</li>
<li>General understanding of construction permits and code compliance</li>
<li>Previous experience in a traveling construction role</li>
