Role Description

The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, developing and nurturing relationships with potential sponsors, and meeting sales targets. This includes lead generation, presenting sponsorship packages, and managing agreements with sponsors. The role requires a proactive approach to communication and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sponsorship Sales, including research, proposal development, and securing agreements
  • Excellent Communication abilities with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities through various channels
  • Knowledge and expertise in Sponsorship and Sales strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in education or non-profit sectors is advantageous
