The World Robotics Sports Organization (WORSO) is a global platform promoting robotics sports, innovation, AI, STEM education, and futuristic technology competitions. WORSO organizes world-class tech sports events including , TechnoXian World Cup, robotics leagues, drone racing, AI competitions, esports tournaments, and innovation festivals with participation from students, professionals, startups, institutions, and global technology communities.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships for WORSO’s flagship events and international championships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sponsorship revenue for TechnoXian and other WORSO technology sports events
- Identify and onboard sponsors, advertisers, technology partners, and strategic collaborators
- Build relationships with brands, corporates, government agencies, educational institutions, and media partners
- Create sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, branding opportunities, and customized partnership packages
- Conduct presentations, meetings, negotiations, and close sponsorship deals
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing, event operations, media, and design teams for sponsor deliverables
- Maintain sponsorship pipeline, sales reports, CRM records, and forecasting
- Explore partnerships with technology companies, STEM brands, gaming firms, electronics companies, and innovation-driven organizations
- Represent WORSO at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and corporate meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Event Management, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in sponsorship sales, event partnerships, B2B sales, or business development
- Proven track record in generating sponsorship revenue for events, conferences, expos, sports, esports, or technology platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship management capabilities
- Understanding of robotics, esports, STEM, gaming, technology, or innovation ecosystem preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional capable of handling high-value sponsorship accounts
- Existing corporate and agency network will be an added advantage
