Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with potential sponsors, generating new business opportunities, and managing relationships with existing clients. You will develop strategic sales approaches, conduct targeted outreach, negotiate sponsorship deals, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring long-term client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sponsorship Sales and Sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand the client base.
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales within the events or corporate sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
