Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will manage and grow sponsorship sales by developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads. Responsibilities include closing sales deals, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets. The role also involves creating tailored sponsorship packages and maintaining long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sales, with a focus on solution-oriented approaches to meet client and company objectives.
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Account Management to nurture client relationships and ensure successful post-sales services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain effective partnerships.
- Strategic and analytical mindset to develop tailored sponsorship packages and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or sponsorship management.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or ed-tech sector is a strong advantage.
