The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive revenue for our flagship conferences.
You will work directly with CXOs, marketing leaders, and business heads across industries to secure sponsorship partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential sponsors through research and outreach
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
• Present tailored sponsorship opportunities aligned with client objectives
• Close sponsorship deals and consistently achieve revenue targets
• Manage key accounts and ensure strong client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and industry partnerships
Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Skills
✔ Strong experience in B2B sales or sponsorship sales
✔ Proven ability in new business development and lead generation
✔ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
✔ Confidence in interacting with senior executives and decision-makers
✔ Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience in conference sales, media sales, events, or B2B solution selling is highly advantageous.
