Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sponsorship Sales Executive - Fresher located in Bengaluru. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will focus on identifying sponsorship opportunities and building relationships with potential clients and business partners. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective sponsors, pitching event sponsorship packages, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to understand event objectives and deliver customized sponsorship solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Sales-oriented mindset with skills in persuasive pitching, negotiation, and business development
- Ability to analyze client needs and align them with tailored sponsorship opportunities
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
- Proactive and driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in sales or event sponsorship (internships are acceptable) is an advantage
