Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential sponsors, developing tailored sponsorship proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals are met and sponsor expectations are exceeded. This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering value to sponsors.

- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and sponsors
- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset
- Efficient time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects
- Knowledge of the events industry and understanding of sponsorship opportunities
- Previous experience in sponsorship or events-related sales roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
