About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sponsorship Sales to drive revenue through strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new sponsorship opportunities across events, digital platforms, and media properties
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders
• Create customized sponsorship proposals and pitch to potential clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, events) to deliver successful campaigns
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities

Key Requirements
• 6–10 years of experience in media sales, sponsorship sales, or brand partnerships
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong network with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers is a plus
• Understanding of media, events, and digital sponsorship ecosystems
