Kolkata Thunder Blades is a professional table tennis team competing in the Ultimate Table Tennis league — India’s premier table tennis competition.
With a vision to grow sports partnerships and create impactful sporting experiences, we are also expanding into new sporting ventures, including tennis and regional tournaments across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sponsorship Manager / Brand Partnerships Manager to lead sponsor acquisition and brand partnerships across Kolkata Thunder Blades, upcoming sports properties, tennis initiatives, and regional tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential sponsors and brand partners
- Build and manage long-term sponsor relationships
- Handle sponsorships for table tennis, upcoming tennis properties, and regional tournaments
- Create sponsorship proposals and partnership presentations
- Negotiate and close partnership deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for sponsor deliverables and activations
- Explore new business opportunities and revenue streams

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Networking and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Strong coordination and organisational capabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sports sponsorships, events, or brand partnerships
- Understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship sales
- Existing network with brands and agencies
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Experience Required:
3+ years in Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, or related fields
