ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented individuals to join TribeX Esports as Sponsorship Managers on a remote, performance-based internship model. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth identifying brand partners, crafting proposals, and building the sponsorship pipeline that powers our events and initiatives.
This is a commission-based opportunity (10% incentive on all sponsorship value closed), structured for individuals who are self-driven and thrive in a high-ownership environment. Top performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and, in exceptional cases, a position on the Founding Team with ESOPs.
Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive an official Internship Certificate issued by our registered Private Limited company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Identify and proactively pursue potential brand sponsors aligned with TribeX Esports' vision and events
→ Develop compelling, customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks
→ Build and nurture long-term relationships with sponsors, brand teams, and marketing stakeholders
→ Manage sponsorship activation in coordination with the events and operations teams
→ Develop strategies to meet sponsor objectives while advancing organizational goals
→ Maintain a structured pipeline, track outreach progress, and report outcomes

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

🎓 University Students — particularly those pursuing or holding degrees in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related fields
💼 Freelancers — with hands-on experience in brand outreach, influencer partnerships, or event sponsorship
🏆 Experienced Professionals — with a background in B2B sales, sponsorship acquisition, or brand partnerships
Required Qualifications:
✔ Demonstrated ability in sponsorship sales — including identifying prospects and delivering persuasive pitches
✔ Strong communication and relationship management skills across client and stakeholder touchpoints
✔ Experience or understanding of sponsorship activation and event coordination
✔ Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities in a fast-paced, startup environment
✔ Knowledge of the esports or gaming industry is a strong advantage
