FutureTech Media is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sponsorship Manager to lead revenue generation through sponsorships for our national and international events across sports, esports, STEM, robotics, AI, and startup ecosystems. The role demands strong industry connections, strategic thinking, and proven sales expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sponsorship sales for conferences, exhibitions, summits, and large-scale events
- Identify and onboard brands, corporates, and partners aligned with event themes
- Develop and pitch customized sponsorship proposals and brand integration ideas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, and brand teams
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for sponsor visibility and deliverables
- Manage end-to-end sponsor lifecycle – acquisition, servicing, and retention
- Explore international partnerships and global brand collaborations
- Track market trends and identify new revenue opportunities and sectors
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8 years of experience in sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / event sales
- Strong network with corporates, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
- Experience in industries like events, media, sports, tech, startups, or exhibitions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals
