Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sponsorship Manager. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for generating sponsorship opportunities, establishing relationships with potential sponsors, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include managing sponsorship activation, ensuring sponsor satisfaction, and collaborating with the events team to deliver seamless events and programs. The ideal candidate will help develop effective communication strategies and innovate to maximize sponsor engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sponsorship Sales and Sales to secure and negotiate sponsorship agreements efficiently.
  • Experience in Sponsorship Activation and Event Management to deliver effective campaign execution and event coordination.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure the successful management of multiple sponsorship campaigns and events.
  • Experience in building long-term relationships with corporate clients and sponsors is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sponsorship sales and event management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
