Role Description
This full-time hybrid role is based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sponsorship Executive will be responsible for securing sponsorship deals, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring sponsor satisfaction at events. Tasks include prospecting potential sponsors, developing personalized proposals, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill sponsor commitments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sponsorship activities and contributing to overall event success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Account Management experience to ensure the satisfaction and retention of sponsors
- Knowledge and experience in Event Management and Event Planning
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sponsorship targets
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or event industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
