Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Spoken English Trainer. The role involves conducting engaging and effective spoken English training sessions for students, assessing their language proficiency levels, and developing personalized plans to improve their skills. Responsibilities include creating and delivering lesson plans, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Trainers may also collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Spoken and Written English with excellent communication skills
- Experience in conducting training sessions and engaging with diverse learners
- Ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans and employ interactive teaching methods
- Skills in assessment and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with online/ offline teaching tools and digital platforms is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a supportive teaching approach
- Prior experience in teaching English, language training, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related discipline is desirable
- remuneration - depends on experience and knowledge (starts from 100/ session)
