Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site role for a Spoken English Trainer at our New Delhi location. The Spoken English Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive, practical English-language training sessions focused on improving speaking fluency, building confidence, and developing real-world communication skills. The trainer will develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess progress, provide constructive feedback, and help students master professional and conversational English for various scenarios, including interviews, presentations, and day-to-day interactions. Additionally, the trainer will help create a dynamic learning environment and support students' personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Education
- Proven experience in teaching and facilitating learning in a structured setup
- Excellent proficiency in Written and Spoken English
- Ability to engage learners through interactive and practical teaching methods
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and approachability
- Prior experience in personality development or interview preparation training is advantageous
- Educational qualification in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
