Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spoken English Trainer based in Mumbai. The trainer will be responsible for teaching spoken English to students, designing lesson plans, creating an engaging learning environment, and guiding learners to build their communication proficiency. Core tasks include preparing course material, conducting interactive language exercises, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. The role also involves staying updated with best practices in language training to deliver effective sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spoken English, Phonetics, and Grammar instruction
- Ability to create effective Teaching Materials and Lesson Plans
- Strong Presentation and Public Speaking skills
- Experience in assessing and providing Feedback to students
- Patience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster student engagement
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on varying skill levels of learners
- Prior experience is preferred
