Overview
We are seeking a skilled Splunk Administrator Lead to join our dynamic team in the BFSI sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Splunk to enhance our data analytics capabilities, ensuring robust monitoring and security across our systems. You will be responsible for managing Splunk environments, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer Splunk Enterprise in clustered environments.
- Manage and monitor Splunk indexer clusters, search head clusters, and forwarder deployments.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and version migrations.
- Onboard new data sources using universal/heavy forwarders and technology add-ons.
- Develop dashboards, reports, alerts, and visualizations in Splunk.
- Collaborate with security/operations teams to define and enhance monitoring requirements.
Requirements
- Have 4-8 years of experience in Splunk administration and development.
- Possess strong technical skills in Splunk architecture, scripting, and data onboarding.
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
