Lead Machine Learning Engineer, Data&AI team

We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our dedicated Data&AI team. You will have access to huge data sets and an opportunity to create innovative ML solutions at the global level. Our technical stack: We write our ML code in Python; We use MLflow and DVC for experiments and data versioning; We rely on BigQuery and PostgreSQL for data warehousing; When it comes to scheduling ML pipelines, we use orchestration frameworks like Airflow and Kubernetes. What you'll be doing: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists; Develop and deploy new machine learning algorithms; Analyze the performance of current ML solutions and identify opportunities to improve; Continuously improve delivery processes. This involves identifying bottlenecks, removing obstacles, and optimizing the team’s workflow; Provide technical leadership, helping to elevate the quality of work across the team; Collaborate cross-functionally to share findings and guide product development. About you: 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 1 year in a lead role; Deep understanding of ML algorithms and optimization methods; Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL; Understanding of Agile principles/experience as a Scrum Master; Working knowledge of how to put ML models into production from research to deployment.
