While primarily focused on executive search, we also offer services in executive coaching, work psychology, and organizational development to maximize our client organizations’ potential.
Experience/ Requirements
- The present pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the internship position you’re applying for.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated academic excellence in their field of study demonstrated by a high GPA.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, high-energy, competitive, and has a passion to succeed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled/proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Operations:
- Actively participate in internal search strategy meetings, contributing insights and feedback to refine candidate matching processes.
- Learn and apply key project management principles, including effective in-person and written communication techniques, conflict resolution, and foundational business skills essential for a successful career in consulting.
- Support operational improvement efforts by planning and presenting change implementation strategies, while also assisting with other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
- Strengthen written communication skills by working on Request for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new clients for Spirit Consulting.
- Conduct vendor analyses on an ad-hoc basis to identify and recommend ideal vendor-partners for Spirit Consulting, including initiating email outreach to establish contact and obtain relevant information for evaluation.
- Manage intern recruitment, from interviewing and assessing potential candidates to coordinating their profiles in the company database for ideal client fit and facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Engage in candidate profiling by researching and leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to match candidates with appropriate client companies, enhancing skills in talent sourcing and strategic selection.
- Complete a capstone project by leading a recruiting team to successfully hire new talent for Spirit Consulting, gaining hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment initiatives.
