QA Lead

Spintly is searching for a QA Lead who will play a primary role in planning, implementing, leading and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing. The role requires hands-on QA expertise, ability to take initiative and develop and evolve our QA processes. The right candidate will be able to analyze the systems to determine what to test, the priority of those tests and the best way to test. Duties and Responsibility Design and establish the architecture and framework of the QA process., ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Create a test strategy on project requirements and schedule. Offer test summary report reflecting quality attributes of software under test. Interact with development, project management and customer stakeholders. Collaborate with field staff to assess or diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions. Manage risks and oversee program performance for efficient and problem free operations. Responsible for Automation of Test Scripts Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years UI and QA automation experience Strong understanding of testing methodologies Good debugging skills Experience in Linux/Unix environment Knowledge of Selenium, Java, JavaScript, JMeter and Appium tools Well versed with Time and project management skills Good Interpersonal skills
