Chakra Athletica is India's premier boutique indoor cycling studio — home to
17,000+ riders across studios in Bangalore and Raipur .
We're bringing Chakra to Pune, and we're looking for the people who'll lead it. This is a chance to become the most magnetic version of yourself — and take a room full of people with you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead 3–5 classes per week at our new Wakad studio
- Build and own your rider community — your regulars will come back for you
- Curate music-driven rides that match your personality and push riders further
- Collaborate with the Chakra team on events, activations, and community moments.
- Represent the Chakra brand on and off the bike.
The Training Program
Every Chakra instructor goes through our 2-month world-class training program before taking the podium. It's rigorous, immersive, and unlike anything else in fitness.
Indoor cycling technique & cueing
Music programming and ride structure
Voice projection and mic presence
Class management and rider safety
Stage presence and performance coaching
Building community from the front of a room
Brand standards and Chakra experience design
Real classes with live feedback
You won't be thrown onto the podium. You'll be built for it.
What we’re looking for
- You don't need a fitness background. You need the right energy.
- High energy and a natural ability to connect with people
- A love for music — you feel it, not just hear it
- Hunger to grow, to be coached, and to keep getting better
- Comfort with being seen — you enjoy the front of the room
- Reliability and commitment — 3–5 classes a week is a real responsibility
- Pune-based (or willing to relocate)
