Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spine and Orthopedic Physiotherapist based in Bengaluru. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing patients with musculoskeletal conditions, planning and implementing treatment programs, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal recovery. Responsibilities include devising rehabilitation plans, providing manual therapy, educating patients about exercise regimens, and maintaining detailed patient records. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals may also be required to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques related to spine and orthopedic care, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation planning
- Strong diagnostic and patient assessment skills for musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and engage with patients effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with patient record-keeping and treatment documentation
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest physiotherapy practices and technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Valid state-level physiotherapy practicing license
- Previous experience in spine and orthopedic physiotherapy is preferred
