Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spine and Orthopedic Physiotherapist located in Bengaluru. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, designing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. Regular responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, providing therapy, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and educating patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription
- Knowledge of rehabilitation programs and orthopedic physiotherapy techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate patients effectively
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of physiotherapy treatments and best practices
- Relevant certifications or licenses in physiotherapy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field
- Experience in handling spine and orthopedic cases is highly desirable
