Data Analyst (Tableau)

Spikewell is looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our Software Development Center (SDC) in Bhubaneswar. Multiple positions are open. Salary: Salary is no bar for the right candidate Joining: Immediate Responsibilities: We seek a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong background in data visualization, Tableau Dashboards, and expertise in healthcare data. As a Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, helping our client organization make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop interactive and visually appealing Tableau Dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. Utilize strong SQL skills to develop complex joins and queries for data extraction and analysis. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data models and reporting solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis, visualization, and healthcare data. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, at least the last two years in the healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, and creating interactive dashboards. Experience in developing SQL joins and queries for data extraction and analysis. Solid understanding of healthcare data, EHR systems, Hospital Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and related regulatory requirements. Tableau Certification is highly desirable. Intermediate to advanced SQL training and certification. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
