<li>Create a welcoming environment for members and prospects</li>
<li>Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes</li>
<li>Maintain a clean facility</li>
<li>Sell memberships and retail</li>
<li>Retain and increase client participation</li>
<li>As a SPENGA ambassador, promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.</li>
