The Role: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles. This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Talent Acquisition role. Responsibilities Include: Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels Building and maintaining client relationships via phone, video, and email Networking and attending industry-specific events Meeting activity-based and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis What We're Looking For: Recent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback Proven persistence, consistency, and resilience Target-driven with strong attention to detail Naturally inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit Current right to work status in the location you're applying for What We Offer: Award-winning training and ongoing development Well-being Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and health care from day one 5 paid mental health/sickness days, your birthday off, and 4 volunteer days Flexible hours and work-from-home policy (1 day a week, based on performance) Early Friday finish at 3 PM Regular competitions, incentives, and celebratory events Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives, including trips to Morocco, Vegas, and South Africa
