</div><div>Speedie Recovery of South Florida Inc. is looking for a motivated, dependable, and self-driven Camera Car Driver / LPR Operator to join our growing repossession team.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not an average driving job. We are looking for individuals who can work independently, stay productive without supervision, and operate at a high level in a fast-paced recovery environment.<br><br>
</div><div>Our company operates high-volume License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera vehicles throughout Southwest Florida. Drivers are responsible for scanning vehicle tags, locating assigned collateral, documenting activity, and assisting in recovery operations.<br><br>
</div><h1>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul>
<li>Operate company-issued LPR camera vehicle throughout assigned areas</li>
<li>Scan and monitor vehicle tags using company systems</li>
<li>Identify and locate assigned collateral vehicles</li>
<li>Conduct field investigations and address verifications</li>
<li>Maintain constant communication with dispatch and office staff</li>
<li>Properly document all activity in company software systems</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism with the public at all times</li>
<li>Follow all company safety procedures and recovery protocols</li>
<li>Keep company vehicle clean, fueled, and operational</li>
<li>Work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary</li>
</ul><h1>REQUIREMENTS</h1><ul>
<li>Valid Florida Driver License</li>
<li>Clean driving record preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Must be dependable and punctual</li>
<li>Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, GPS, and mobile apps</li>
<li>Ability to handle stressful situations professionally</li>
<li>Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods</li>
<li>Prior repossession, towing, security, or investigative experience is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Knowledge of Southwest Florida roads and neighborhoods is a plus</li>
