We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and close high-value opportunities, shaping our go-to-market strategy with enterprise-level customers. Demand for our world-class software is scaling fast, so to continue this momentum, we're expanding our sales team with high-performing Account Executives who have a track-record in driving new revenue in a fast-paced and ever-evolving AI environment.​ As pioneers in speech technology, our mission is to Understand Every Voice—a vision that has propelled us to create Flow, a revolutionary new Conversational AI agent. As an experienced Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving new business through Flow, Real-Time Speech Recognition and a brand-new product launch (coming soon!) by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities.​ We're looking for someone with a strong track record in technology sales—experience in "headless" platforms or speech technology is a big plus. With a product that's already achieving strong market fit and a commercial model that evolves as quickly as the tech itself, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact at the cutting-edge of AI. What you'll be doing Generate, manage and prioritise an end-to-end sales pipeline to exceed sales targets and assist the business in hitting its broader financial targets.​ Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. ​ Evangelise Speechmatics' vision and value proposition with Conversational AI, RT Speech Capabilities and TTS (at launch).​ Add to a high-performing sales team through sharing experiences and best practices. ​ Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, industry trends, and product, to lead the competitive landscape. ​ Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system to ensure robust pipeline management and forecasting. Who we're looking for Proven ability to close large commercial deals and exceed sales targets.​ Ability to self-source pipeline to augment Marketing and BDR initiatives.​ Experience selling complex technical solutions into C-suite/VP level, with a strategic level of engagement.​ Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, interfacing across all areas of the organisation (in particular, Product and Engineering teams). ​ Strong knowledge and usage of MEDDPICC.​ Excellent team player who will help support and mentor other team members. ​ Demonstrable experience of using AI across the sales process.​ Excellent communication and writing skills.​ Strong sales and negotiation acumen. ​ Ability to work independently.
