Role Description
We are seeking a Speech Therapist Intern for a full-time onsite role based in Guwahati. As an intern, you will assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Key responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, supporting clients with communication challenges, and assisting patients with conditions like dysphagia. All tasks require working onsite in Guwahati.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and training in Speech Therapy techniques and practices
- Understanding of Speech and Language Disorders, including Communication Disorders
- Experience or familiarity with Dysphagia treatment and intervention methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and their families
- An empathetic and patient-centered approach to therapeutic services
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or related fields
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining onsite responsibilities in Guwahati with remote tasks
