Role Description The Therapist role at Toddlescent is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. In this role, the therapist conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides direct therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading individual and group sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with other multidisciplinary team members, and engaging families in the therapy process. The therapist also participates in case reviews, contributes to care planning, and may support educational workshops or caregiver training to promote holistic child development.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct child-focused assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Skills in providing direct therapy to children, including behaviour management, emotional regulation support, and developmental interventions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with caregivers, educators, and a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Competence in case documentation, session reporting, and maintaining accurate clinical records in line with organizational standards.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practice, with the ability to support children and families from diverse backgrounds.
