Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Indore. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for children and adults in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy sessions. The role involves collaborating with audiologists, occupational therapists, behavior therapists, special educators, and caregivers to ensure integrated care. The Speech Therapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case discussions, provide family education and counseling, and contribute to community awareness or outreach activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Candidates should possess expertise in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across age groups.
- Candidates should possess clinical competence in assessing and treating Dysphagia and other swallowing difficulties.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Registration or licensure with appropriate professional or regulatory bodies, as applicable.
- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations with autism, ADHD, CP, aphasia, Down syndrome, and related conditions is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and caregiver education skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, basic digital tools, and adherence to ethical, evidence-based practice standards.
