Position Summary
A leading healthcare institution in the Caribbean is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Speech Therapist to join its multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The
successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language,
communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across pediatric and adult
populations. Working closely with physicians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists,
psychologists, and nursing staff, you will deliver evidence-based therapy that enhances

Key Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, communication, voice, fluency,
and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to
each patient's needs.
• Provide therapy for pediatric and adult patients with developmental, neurological,
acquired, or degenerative communication disorders.
• Evaluate and manage dysphagia, ensuring safe swallowing practices and
appropriate dietary recommendations.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize
patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques,
communication strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Therapy, or
Communication Disorders from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Current registration and valid license to practice in the home country or relevant
regulatory authority.
