Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist, based in Navi Mumbai. The responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing communication and language disorders, developing personalized therapy plans, and providing treatment to patients with conditions such as speech impairments, dysphagia, and language-related challenges. The role involves closely collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining detailed progress records.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Speech Therapy and related therapeutic techniques
- Understanding and experience in treating Speech and Language Disorders
- Skills in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia and other swallowing difficulties
- Knowledge in addressing disorders related to Communication and Language impairments
- Excellent interpersonal and counseling skills to effectively support patients and families
- Ability to work within a team of healthcare professionals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Certification and licensure to practice Speech Therapy in India
