Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thannisandra Bengaluru for a Speech Language Therapist. The Speech Language Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for Child Development Center at HEJJE.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, creating individualized therapy plans, conducting treatment sessions, and monitoring progress. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy, including diagnosis and treatment of speech and communication challenges in Children.
- Experience in managing Speech & Language and other swallowing disorders, specially in Children with Neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Proven ability to diagnose and treat Communication problems and Language Disorders effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and patience for diverse client populations.
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) with experience working with children.
- Rehabilitation Council of India registration mandatory.
- 1+ year experience in working with paediatric, and neurodevelopmental disorders is mandatory for this role.
- Familiarity with modern therapeutic tools and evidence-based practices.
