Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in the Nagpur Area. Responsibilities include assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The role involves developing personalized therapy plans, managing cases of dysphagia, and fostering better communication skills in patients. The Speech Language Pathologist will also collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to promote consistent therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech intervention methods
- Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Experience in evaluating and managing Dysphagia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- A commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Experience working with individuals with neurological or developmental conditions is an advantage
