Position
Speech & Language Therapist – Paediatric Development
📍 Location
Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre, Sector-70, Noida.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Speech & Language Therapist role located in Noida. The therapist will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for children experiencing speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, planning individualized therapy programs, implementing evidence-based interventions, guiding parents on home-based strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s communication and developmental goals.
The role also involves tracking progress, maintaining therapy documentation, and modifying treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Hearing / Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP)
• RCI Registration preferred
• Experience in paediatric speech therapy or child development settings is preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and supporting communication development
Empathy, patience, and the ability to create a child-friendly therapeutic environment
Commitment to evidence-based therapy and continuous professional learning
