Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Delhi, India. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including swallowing and feeding difficulties where applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions, and monitoring progress with clear documentation. The role involves collaborating with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, special educators, and families to create integrated intervention plans and provide caregiver training. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to case discussions, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, ethical care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and managing a range of Communication Disorders.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Language Disorders and related speech and language difficulties.
- Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and managing Dysphagia and feeding or swallowing concerns, where relevant.
- Recognized degree or master’s in Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, or Communication Sciences from an accredited institution.
- Relevant licensure/registration as required by local regulations in India.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in clinical, school, or therapy center settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to develop individualized therapy plans, maintain detailed documentation, and track outcomes effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and guide families in home-based strategies.
