Company Description
Stepping Stones Center is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based school program for children aged 3-14 with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities. We provide individualized, comprehensive, and intensive educational programs under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Over the past 8 years, we have positively impacted over 500 children and successfully integrated many into mainstream schools. Additionally, Stepping Stones Center collaborates with Binghamton University and Christ University on research for treatment plans, and offers training and certification to parents, teachers, and clinicians through our e-learning portal. Our Outreach centers in Bengaluru work closely with schools to establish inclusive special education services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Greater Bengaluru Area. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Daily tasks include working directly with children to improve their speech and communication skills, addressing dysphagia-related issues, conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to implement effective treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Speech Therapy, Dysphagia, and Communication Disorders skills
- Experience with Language Disorders and Speech assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Relevant licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with children with Autism and Developmental Disabilities is a plus
