Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at SHAPING Child Development Center, located in Hyderabad. Primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The role involves developing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance to caregivers, and tracking progress to ensure effective intervention strategies tailored to each child’s needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech Disorders
- Experience with addressing Communication Disorders
- Knowledge of Language Disorders and related interventions
- Expertise in managing Dysphagia through therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and team members
- Must possess a relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred
- Passion for working with children and promoting their development
